How to book?
Reservations are made online, by clicking on the RESERVE! button. They are RECOMMENDED to ensure availability during your visit. Station availability is visible in real time on the reservation page.
Should I arrive earlier than my reservation time?
Yes, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure that your session starts on time and that you can take full advantage of the playing time. If you arrive late, it’s possible that the station has already been booked for the next hour by another customer. For example, if your reservation starts at 1:00 p.m. but you arrive at 1:10 p.m., you will still have to finish at 2:00 p.m. to allow our staff to prepare the station for the next customer who has reserved for 2:10 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the games?
One station gives you access to all available games. You can switch games yourself using your virtual reality headset, and choose from individual or multiplayer games. See the Games section for our full selection.
Can we play multiplayer?
Absolutely! The multiplayer experience is a must. Some games allow up to 8 players to play simultaneously. Go to the Games section to discover our selection of multiplayer games.
Refund policy
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. In the event of cancellation or modification less than 24 hours before the reservation time, you will receive a credit to be used at the center. If your reservation time is exceeded, no credit or refund will be possible.
Should I bring anything?
In winter, we ask our customers to remove their boots to avoid damage caused by water and snow accumulation in the stations. We recommend that you bring a spare pair of shoes or warm socks.
Is it possible to rent equipment?
Yes, we offer rentals for individuals, private events and team building activities. Contact us via the Services section for more information.
